Range of products & services…
We are not just a print company! Enliven has been established to provide bigger thinking solutions for your space. Our skill sets have merged together creative design, high quality production and seamless installation. You can think of us as your businesses personal interior design specialists.

 

Visuals…
Not everyone can picture the end result so our fantastic team of designers will create visuals to help you understand how your space will look, feel and work for you.

 

Redecoration queries…
If you want to get your walls looking their best before any vinyl graphic solutions are installed, we recommend you wait at least 4 weeks. This will allow the paint to fully cure and give self adhesive graphics the strongest possible surface to adhere to. If timescales are tight, there are plenty of other product options to ensure this is not a problem for you.

 

Warranties…
All our graphic product recommendations will come with manufacturer warranties and depending on the location / environment, we will advise you on what you can expect from the solution we are offering. This will include colour quality, life expectancy and durability.

 

Geography…
We are based in Bournemouth but our clients come from far and wide, including London, Hertfordshire and Swindon to name a few.

 

The process…

We will:

Come and meet with you to understand your specific environment and how / why you would like it to change. It’s ideal at this stage to define what you are aiming to achieve and what budget you are comfortable with.

 

A survey will be carried out so we have all the measurements and details.

 

Guide costings will be provided along with an ideas board for your space. This will help us understand what bits you love and anything that might need changing.

 

Costings can then be confirmed and once we have your authorisation, we will get the design team creating your stunning new space.

 

Visuals will be provided so you know exactly what you can expect and these will be signed off before anything goes into production.

 

Installations can happen at times to suit you. Many businesses like the transformation to happen over a weekend so that Monday morning comes with an awesome wow factor.

 

Quality & support…

We are a friendly and personable bunch who thrive on delivering fantastic results for our clients. We understand that budgets must be kept in mind and we continually scour the market to make sure we can bring you high quality solutions, without breaking the bank! Our products are tried and tested to make sure they are durable and practical for purpose. For each type of material / product we recommend, we will make sure you understand how to take care of it going forward.

 

Client satisfaction is key and we will ensure you are happy, comfortable and as excited as we are, at every stage of the project. We will be on hand to support you and that does not stop…ever!

 

Timelines…

We will always be realistic and honest about practical timelines for your project. In our experience, it is best not to rush such important processes or else we risk missing something important to your environment. We can map out the best timeline to suit your requirements and we will stick to this like glue!

 

That’s not to say that things can’t be achieved in a hurry! We will just make sure we are up front about what is possible and ensure quality is not compromised.

Payment terms…

Account terms will be laid out for new clients once costings have been agreed. It is common to incorporate interim invoicing where a project involves design, production and installation elements.

For account clients, payment terms are 30 days from invoice.
